To book an Initial Consultation for Chiropractic care or massage, some contact details must be taken with a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve the appointment time.
With a minimum 24 hour notice, this appointment can be re-arranged and the deposit can be carried forward. The deposit for missed or cancelled initial consultation appointments will not be refunded.
All appointments may be re-scheduled online with a minimum 24 hour notice. If you wish to cancel an appointment, please call reception on 01506 828 828.
Missed appointments are subject to a £10 fee.
*Please note: if it has been more than 12 months between Chiropractic sessions, a 30 minute re-assessment appointment is required which is charged at a seperate fee. If it has been longer than 3 years between Chiropractic sessions, a full New Patient consultation is required.
